Congratulations on making a Firebird team this season.
As you register you will be required to enter a participation code. You can contact your team manager for this code if you have not already received it.
You will also be asked to select a team -- select the team your child will be playing for this season.
If you are a volunteer you need to also register as a volunteer on our websiite and on the CCRP Background link : https://carrollcountyrecreationandparks.quickapp.pro/positions
You must have tried out for a Freedom Firebird Team and have been selected to play on that team in order to register.

Adult Coed Slow Pitch fun league for ages 16 and older. Contact me if you have a team.
You must have a participation code to register for this program.
Team Manager will register through the system in the manager division - All managers must register as a Player in the Managers Division and a player and manager in the Players Division. Players will register in the player division as a player.
Registration is by Team Only - if you have a team please email firstname.lastname@example.org for Participation Code and send Team Info.
Cost is $440.00 per team - fee includes all league and umpire fees. Uniforms are not included - if you wish to order uniforms you can contact Bob at email@example.com or find a vendor of your choice.

Double header format – 2 -55 minute games – player starts with 1-1 count then 1 foul ball – 7 inning games. ***

Refund Policy - There is a $25.00 non refundable admin fee. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.

Choose your team. If your team is not listed, register under "Team Not Listed" and put your teams name in comments. If you are new to the league we will assign you to a team! If you wish to bring in a team please email (email@example.com) ASAP with your name and Team Name. Team captains must also register as a volunteer. Team sizes and number of teams will depend on the number of participants.

Here is what we did in 2019
Freedom Fire Stars Dance Twirl Teams place 2nd at the National Baton Twirling Association national Championship. Placing 2nd in the Junior Beginner Twirling Team division.
All the girls placed in the top ten of their individual events.
Kasey Roger's winning 1st place in her national Intermediate open solo.
Come and be apart of a champion baton twirling team! Freedom Fire Stars Dance Twirl Teams are under the direction of Judi Marlatt, a registered National Baton Twirling Association Coach and Judge. Currently accepting new twirling members ages 4 and up. Classes held at Piney Ride Elementary School gym.
Cost: $350/year plus $25.00 baton fee. Payment plan available.
Advance Dance Twirl Team
Cost: $400/year plus $25 baton fee.
If you are interested in a payment plan for either Beginner or Advanced, indicate paying by check on our online system.

With this registration I agree that I will abide by all rules, regulations and terms set forth below for the Rental of the Freedom Optimist Hall (upstairs & downstairs) for the date and times listed on my registration.
IMPORTANT: You must email (firstname.lastname@example.org) a copy of a Certificate of Insurance for General Liability in the amount of $500,000 naming the Optimist Club of Freedom District as “additionally insured” which can be secured from either a business or homeowner’s insurance provider once registration is complete. If this form is not received within 20 days of registration – this registration will be cancelled.

BUILDING SECURITY: Upon completion of event and inspection credit card payers will be issued $200.00 refund back to your credit card from your rental fee within 30 days after your event date

The mission of the Freedom Area Basketball League (FABL) is to provide instruction and recreation in the game of basketball. In addition to skills development, sportsmanship and the enjoyment of participation will be emphasized. We offer an Intramural program, as well as select Travel Teams for more competitive play. We welcome all grades K-12.

FSC Travel Soccer Club (U8 - U19) — 2020/2021 Season

• If selected for a FSC team, Players must register and pay within 3 days from time offer is made to join a team.
• Players must have a participation code to register. To obtain a code please contact your coach.
• Player registration fee is $165 (non-refundable). Should any significant portion of the 2020/2021 season be cancelled due to COVID, the Board will evaluate issuing any refunds. Credit card or checks accepted. ($25 charge for returned checks).
• Coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, treasurers, and board members MUST also register here as a volunteer and must have a participation code to register.

Registration is open from July 1 - July 31 - No late registrations!!
Fees are: $95.00/player
$10.00 sibling discount for each additional child in the family registered in our program.
Registration is not considered complete and your child will not be placed on a team until payment is received.
If you are volunteering in our program you must register as a volunteer - Make sure you register - after you register your child. If you are a volunteer Coach, Assistant Coach or Team Parent. You must also complete the Carroll County Background check–https://www.freedomoptsoccer.com/and follow the instructions on the front page.

Welcome to Freedom Rec Soccer Referee Soccer Registration
For Youth Referees you must play soccer for Freedom Optimist Soccer, FSC, or Liberty, Century or South Carroll High School.
Adult Referees must have previously refereed for FO Soccer Program.

If you are a 1st or 2nd year referee you must attend 2 indoor clinics and possibly an outdoor clinic.
Session #1 Monday August 17th from 6:00 - 7:45 PM or 8:00PM – 9:45 PM at the Optimist Community Center Downstairs.
Session #2 Monday August 24th from 6:00 - 7:45 PM or 8:00PM – 9:45 PM at the Optimist Community Center Downstairs.
You must attend all sessions.
If you are a 3rd or more year referee then you must attend 1 clinic on Tuesday August 18th from 6:00 - 7:45 PM or 8:00PM – 9:45 PM at the Optimist Community Center Downstairs. . You must attend a session to referee.

If you are a 3rd year or more and wish to referee at Eldersburg and not Freedom Park, then you need to attend the 1st & 2nd year referee clinics.
If for some reason you cannot attend the required sessions you must contact Chris at CFry@FreedomOptSoccer.com. If you do not attend required sessions and do not have a waiver from the referee coordinator you will not be allowed to referee.
There is no fee to register. Registration will be open till August 16h for 1st & 2nd year referees and August 17th for 3rd year and beyond referees.
If you are a third year and beyond who would be interested in helping with training or be a lead referee at Eldersburg or Freedom Park.
If you are over 18 and are volunteering to help you will need to complete the Carroll County Background check.

Welcome to Freedom Girls Fall Softball Registration!
Registration will be from 08-26-20 - 09-09-20
Did you miss softball this Spring.
We are bringing Fall Ball back this year. In order to keep the girl’s skills fresh, we are going to make this an instructional league. We will have practices on Tuesday and Thursday nights and scrimmages on Sunday afternoons at Old Liberty Road Park.
There will be two divisions:
Grades 3-6 (Tuesdays)
Grades 7-9 (Thursdays)
The seasons will run from 9/13 through 11/1.
Registration is $30 per child. T-Shirts will be provided with registration.
If you are volunteering you MUST register online.
All umpires will be volunteers for the fall season.
There is a $10.00 non-refundable administrative fee on all registrations.
No refunds after 09-02-20
High School Division open from August 31-Sept 4 Cost $40.00
The Freedom Field Hockey program full season
Practice one evening each week . Play days are held on Saturdays or Sundays throughout the season and hosted by other programs starting in September and ending the first weekend of Nov.
3rd-4th Grade: $115.00 games
Practice two evenings each week, games on Sun.*
5th-6th Grade: $130.00 full season
Practice two evenings each week, games on Sun.*
7th-8th Grade: $130.00 full season

We will also be offering an optional Skills & Drills Practice Division:
Skills and drills practice option for those families who prefer to not play games. Sessions will allow for skill development, conditioning and team building. Team shirts will be provided and fee determined after participation level is assessed.
*Tournaments: A total of three tournaments are available and are typically held on Saturday (one in Sept and two in October) at an additional cost. Tentative dates for tournaments are as follows: Sept 20,Oct 4, &Oct 26,27 .
Each Player will receive a tee-shirt included.
