Lots of fun for everyone –Eldersburg Elementary School – Mid March - early May (older age groups short sided fields). Team sizes and age grouping will depend on the number of participants.
Games on Sunday mornings - 1 week of practices – then games. (1 weeknight may be added - adding one game to the schedule - any make up games will be on week nights)

Registration is not considered complete and your child will not be placed on a team until payment is received.
If you are volunteering in our program you must register as a volunteer - Make sure you register - after you register your child. If you are a volunteer Coach or Assistant Coach you must also complete the Carroll County Background check – see our website –www.freedomoptsoccer.com for details. If you coached in the fall please check your expiration date for your background check before doing new background registration.

Dance Twirl Team Champions
Come and be apart of a champion baton twirling teams.
FREEDOM FIRE STARS Dance Twirl Teams is under the direction of Judi Marlatt, a registered National Baton Twirling Association Coach and Judge. Currently accepting new twirling members age 4 and up. Classes held at Piney Ridge Elem. School Gym.
Thursday Beginner class 6:30 - 7:30 (1hour class)
(class may be split if registration warrants)
Tuesday and Saturday Advance Class
6:30 – 8:00 Tuesday and Saturday
Classes start September 21st, 2021 Class times are determined by coach.
Beginner class: $400. Year (fee includes baton)
Advance class: $450. Year (fee includes baton)
Payment plan: $200. Due at time of registration. Final Payment due November 2021 or you may pay in full at time of registration.
No refunds will be given.

Eldersburg Arrows—Youth Track and Field
Registration: January 1 – March 31, 2022
Play: March 15 – June 9
Where: South Carroll High School
• For athletes Grades 2nd (must turn 8 yrs. old by 12/31/22) through 8th
• Practices held on Tues/Thurs evenings at South Carroll HS
• Space is limited to 50 athletes
• Objective: Have fun while developing skills and appreciation for the sport of Track and Field.
• Athletes separated by age and specialty (sprints; distance; long jump/high jump; shot put; hurdles). Please note that we will only be able to provide field events if dedicated parents step forward to coach. Volunteers are currently needed, so please let us know if you are able to volunteer!
• All meets take place on Sundays starting in April and are optional.
• Cost: $85 per athlete for 1st family member, $70 for each additional family member. Cost does not include uniform jersey (required for meets) that is purchased separately, nor does it include meet entry fees -- typically $10.

Welcome to Freedom Rec Softball Registration 2022
Girls Rec. Softball Divisions are as follows:
Pre/K-Kindergarten (must turn age 5 by Sept. 1, 2022)
1-2 grade (Coach/Machine Pitch)
3-5 grade (Kid & Machine Pitch)
6-8 grade(Kid Pitch)
9-12 grade(Kid Pitch) - New this year - Playing in Carroll County Rec League - will require some travel but all in Carroll County -This is a perfect fit for high school aged players who want to keep playing softball outside of travel programs and/or high school teams.
Season begins March 15 for Grade 1-12 - Games begin for all divisions on April 9, 2022
Fielding & Hitting Clinics: Free one time session held early in the season. Great opportunity for extra practice and for first time coaches to pick up some ideas for practices.
Pitching Clinics: Recurring weekly pitching clinics held for the first month of the season, provided at no charge courtesy of Freedom Softball. We need pitchers! Pitching is the hardest position on the field to fill and coach. The extra practice is great for players interested in pitching. The sessions are also a wealth of information for coaches who will be responsible for running weekly pitching practices with their pitchers later in the season.
Registration is not considered complete and players will not be assigned to a team until payment is received.
Refund Policy: There is a $10.00 non-refundable administrative fee on all registrations. Before March 15, 2022 - 100% less $15.00 admin fee After March 15, 2022 - 0% All refund request emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org – Refund based on date of email.

FSC Travel Soccer Club (U8 - U19) — 2021/2022 Season

IMPORTANT: You must email (email@example.com) a copy of a Certificate of Insurance for General Liability in the amount of $500,000 naming the Optimist Club of Freedom District as “additionally insured” which can be secured from either a business or homeowner’s insurance provider once registration is complete. If this form is not received within 20 days of registration – this registration will be cancelled.

BUILDING SECURITY: Upon completion of event and inspection credit card payers will be issued $200.00 refund back to your credit card from your rental fee within 30 days after your event date

Please be advised that if you are paying for registration by check prior to first day of the session- your registration will be deleted if payment has not been received.
Refund Policy: Twenty dollars of the tuition in non refundable. Refunds on remaining balances may be requested in writing no later then 14 days prior to the beginning of each session. Any sessions cancelled due to conditions beyond our control will be non-refundable.

Community Handbell Choirs
Full Year Class: Sept. 9, 2021 through May 26, 2022 - $75.00

Winter/Spring Session: (20 classes) Jan. 6, 2022 - May 26, 2022 - $60.00

Freedom Campanelle: Level 1 & 2 Music,
Grades 4 - Adult: Thursday 6 PM – 7 PM
Learn the basic mechanics of bell ringing, reading music notation, and teamwork moving toward the performance of several pieces of music.
Freedom Forté: Level 2+ to 3+ Music,
Grades 4 – Adult: Thursday 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
(Prior Bell Experience or music background necessary)
Build on basic knowledge of music and note reading to practice and perform bell music with increased expression and musicality.
Classes will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, 1700 St. Andrews Way, Eldersburg (next to CCPL) under the direction of Linda Caviglia who has over 40 years of handbell experience.
Freedom Area Ringers choirs will perform concerts in the winter and spring – dates to be determined by the groups.
